After surviving three years in High Wycombe Laura graduated with a BA (Hons) Graphic Design & Advertising, a specialism in Printmaking and a love for all things inky and typographic.
In 2007 she left her job at the University of the Arts London, to go live in a hut, up a mountain in Honduras. During her time there she worked on communications and branding for a small NGO and freelanced on a number of commissions for WWF Central America and USAID. On returning to the UK she took up a position as the Communications Officer at Waste Watch. During this time she completed qualifications in Print Specification and Digital Marketing, freelancing at obscene hours of the morning powered by caffeine and snacks.
Finally, in January 2011 with a number of regular clients under her belt she started out on her own…
When Laura is not working, she is usually dancing or travelling, taking pictures of type. To keep up with her day to day antics you can follow her on Twitter. However, if endless images of typographic design or YouTube videos of Lindy Hop are not your thing, probably best to steer clear.
